Come join us in Nevada and Arizona as we visit the Great Geological Unconformity, Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater, AZ Hydrocrater (Meteor) Crater & Petrified Forest on our bus guided UM GeoTour with author Dean Sessions and editor Russ Barlow for a lifetime event!
The GeoTour begins on Thursday, April 30th 2020 in Las Vegas at a location that allows us to view the rocks in the bottom of the Grand Canyon, and where you can dig for your own Trilobites. From there we travel to Grand Canyon Village on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Friday, May 1st includes a sunrise viewing over the Grand Canyon followed by breakfast and a hike along the rim. We will discuss the layering processes based on Universal Model Science before heading to Sunset Crater, a historic volcano and our room in Flagstaff, Arizona. Saturday, May 2nd takes us to the Arizona Hydrocrater (Meteor Crater), and then to the Petrified Forest to learn about how fossils form and to see first-hand the evidence of that process outlined in the Universal Model.
The tour price is $725/person and children staying with parents getting a $150 discount/child up to two children per room. Lodging, Transportation from Las Vegas, Park Entrance Fees, Breakfast & Lunch Included. (Dinner is not included) Price is per person, double occupancy. No Airfare included.
Here is a comment from a tour member who went on our last Grand Canyon UM GeoTour in October 2019:
“I have been on more than a hundred tours and I want you to know, Russ, the Grand Canyon tour was the very best tour I have been on in my entire life.” Erhard Beuttenmuller (Oral Surgeon)
